1. Service Description

MindKeep is an AI-powered personal assistant that operates through WhatsApp. The service helps you set reminders, manage lists, store memories, transcribe voice notes, and optionally sync with Google Calendar.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

To use MindKeep, you must have a valid WhatsApp account and phone number. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You are responsible for all activity under your phone number.

3. Subscription & Billing

MindKeep offers paid subscription plans (Origin, Supernova, and Big Bang). All plans include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase applies to their plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MindKeep to:

• Send spam, harassing, or abusive messages.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.
• Store illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

MindKeep and its associated branding, design, and technology are the property of MindKeep. You retain ownership of any content you create through the service (reminders, lists, memories).

6. Limitation of Liability

MindKeep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to deliver reminders on time, but we are not liable for missed reminders, data loss, or any damages resulting from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. MindKeep depends on third-party services (WhatsApp, OpenAI, Stripe) that may experience their own outages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MindKeep if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by canceling your subscription. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
